Why is a return not possible?
As our products are printed specifically to your order, we are unfortunately unable to resell them. This customised production means that we manufacture each product uniquely according to your wishes. Returns are therefore excluded, except in the case of production errors or transport damage.
What to do in case of defects or transport damage?
If you have received a faulty product or have discovered transport damage, please contact us immediately. Please send us an e-mail to [your e-mail address] with the following information within 14 days of receiving your order:

A description of the defect or damage
Photos of the defective or damaged item
Our customer service team will review your case as quickly as possible and offer you a solution, either in the form of a replacement or a refund.
